Pros

- I have built and maintained incredible client and coworker friendships. - Little experience required to be hired - most new hires are still in college. This isn’t a horrible opportunity for internships or entry into the industry as you will learn a lot. - Ability to gain experience in multiple departments as you will wear many hats - Promotion is likely since there is high turnover and your manager is likely to leave or be laid off. Although your title and pay package may never reflect your true contributions to the company. - Flexibility to a certain extent to create your position since there are few processes in place and those that are documented are not followed by the CEO making it difficult to enforce. - 2 days work-from-home option after 3 months of employment. Although your entire role could probably be remote, the company isn’t very open to that unless you’re a tenured employee.

Cons

- I never wanted to burn the bridge with Frontier because you just never know where life will take you and the paths you’ll cross in the future. Unfortunately with bridges, they can be burned from the other side. Hence my transparency that you’ll find in this review. - Expect low pay and minimal benefits. Unlimited PTO is a blatant lie at this company. - Do not believe that there is a positive culture at this company. It is not a happy, supportive family like it may be portrayed. - Work-life balance is nonexistent if you want to be successful in the account management department. This position is often pushed beyond capacity with too many clients. - Incredibly high employee and client turnover leads to additional work on other employees. Hiring seems to stall often so workloads are redistributed. - The account management department is nonexistent at the moment. All clients are managed by leadership (CEO, President, COO) and other team members without an AM department. - Lack of expertise in most, if not all departments. - Expect no training or professional development from the company. - There are minimal guidelines for success and if you do succeed, do not expect a reward.

Pros

Working at Frontier means working with a group of people all committed to helping our clients grow and succeed. Coworkers and management are quick to jump in and help one another all the way from the interns to the CEO. Management is understanding of the importance of work-life balance and has been more than accommodating in instances of family emergencies. Working at Frontier has not only given me the ability to make a difference in the businesses of my clients and find success in my career, but has also given me the flexibility and security to have a more fulfilling life outside of work.

Cons

I love working remotely, but the only drawback is that I don't get to meet and hang out with my coworkers in person.
