Pros
The working culture is the same, all Indians with the same views, no cultural difference. From top management till bottom of the line all are very friendly in nature.
Cons
With such a friendly atmosphere in the company the crew take advantage of the situations and complain directly to the Company Heads which could amount to mutiny as such.
