Pros

There's definitely a lot of room for growth here. The culture is better than most of my previous companies. My colleagues are great. I enjoy working here.

Cons

Mostly the pay. I have no issues taking on multiple projects and more responsibilities depending on the business needs. I just wish the pay would scale the same way.

Pros

I have genuinely enjoyed my experience at Frontline Education. The culture is collaborative, supportive, and focused on both professional growth and innovation. Leadership consistently invests in employees while also making meaningful investments in AI and technology that are clearly shaping the future of the company in a positive way. It is exciting to be part of an organization that is forward thinking and committed to evolving with the needs of education. The direction the company is headed feels strategic and purpose driven. Teams are encouraged to share ideas, embrace change, and contribute to impactful work that truly matters. What stands out most is the balance between innovation and people. Frontline continues to create an environment where employees feel valued while also pushing boundaries in ways that will keep the company competitive and innovative.

Cons

My experience has been very positive.

Pros

- Market leader in K–12 education, backed by stable, long-term ownership (Roper Technologies), known for consistent investment in its portfolio companies. - Continued growth and reinvestment, including adding 140+ employees and investing $25M+ in technology, support, and operations in recent years. - Strong, people-focused leadership team committed to building a positive and engaging company culture. - Improving customer experience, with a strengthened Client Success organization and the introduction of a dedicated Client Value Partner (CVP) program. - Clear mission-driven focus: helping school districts operate more efficiently so educators can prioritize student outcomes.

Cons

- As with many growing organizations, there have been growing pains as teams, systems, and processes scale. - Continued focus on improving cross-team communication and alignment will be important as the company evolves. - Many recent investments are still maturing, so the full impact is still being realized.

Appreciate the detail here and the perspective you’ve brought in such a short time. You’re hitting on a lot of what matters most right now—continued investment, a clear mission, and the work underway to strengthen how we support both our customers and our teams. There’s a lot in motion, and it’s encouraging to see that coming through. Your point on alignment as we scale is a good one. As the organization grows, staying connected and moving with clarity across teams becomes even more important—and that’s an area we’re staying focused on.
