Kinda fake - Anonymous employee Frontline Performance Group Employee Review

When I read the FPG reviews, I feel like I have to write about my experience so people would learn the truth about them. FPG is not what it seems. The gossip at HQ is rampant (there’s a group of about 5 or 6 that just run their mouth about everyone), the leadership is distant and couldn’t be bothered with anyone who isn’t a Director, and my boss is an absolute nightmare. Plus, in the past, one of the main guys shared that he actually wrote some of the reviews to boost the number and that they went on GlassDoor regularly to write positive reviews! If you read through them you can tell the reviews seem canned and fake.
