Frost & Sullivan

Is this your company?

Frost & Sullivan – “Great place to learn the ropes; not a long term career option UNLESS you are a Director and above” - Industry Analyst Frost & Sullivan Employee Review

Pros

Great talent, good people. Being a young company, the procedures and rules are not set in stone, there is a lot of leeway and freedom of expression allowed, which is great for people tired of rigid rules in large organizations. Tasks such as proposal writing and client presentations that are normally reserved for staff are handled my middle management here, so there is much scope for learning. However this may not be so great for the company image.

Cons

Low pay compared to competition for entry and mid level positions. The lifeblood of the company - the analysts and consultants at the lower & mid levels are not particularly looked after very well. However the top management aren't that worse off, and might even be getting paid very well. While the company is trying to distinguish itself from competition, it really remains to be seen how this works out. Unlike what some other reviewers have said, there IS potential in the long term vision of the company. At least theoretically anyway. Problems are handled in a very haphazard & stop-gap manner, that REALLY needs to change. Advice to Senior Management

I get to work from home

Cons

I haven't gotten my earned raises in 6 years. The only way you get your bonus is if you quit.
