Business outlook
Pros
At the time I was there had a lot of great people to work with.
Cons
The retention of employees was so low that the longer I worked there the less people I knew. Not an employee oriented company. Compensation level is way below the market. Shady operations with the oversees employees. Sahdy profit sharing. Have to fight for the commisions and bonuses. If left along, they will go unnoticed. No incentive to stay. If found a job elsewhere, Frost & Sullivan does not even try to retain, motivating they cannot afford to match the salary. Employees that left for other firms got an instant 20% or more in pay increase.
