      Pros

      Pay was fantastic and the employee rewards was excellent.

      Cons

      Work life balance was not as fantastic. Used to be able to apply for a job and stay for a career not so much any more with the current lay offs that affected many managers that gave up family time for a company that just laid them off with no notice.

      10% discount on all Kroger brands, time off is always approved, 15min breaks for all shifts (2 breaks for 8 hours)

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations from management, high stress, low pay, union sucks, attendance policy is horrid, inconsistent hours
