FuelX is an awesome place to work

I cant think of any negatives

Working at FuelX is really unique. I have worked at small and midsize startups before and this is the first place where both my peers and management are both trustworthy and competent. At FuelX the staff encourages everyone to push your ideas, contribute, and communicate with the rest of the team so that the company can continue growing. I have found this to be a benefit of being a small and agile team but also a characteristic of the culture here. Since, I have been at the company I have seen the company grow at a remarkable pace and also recover extremely quickly whenever obstacles are presented which is goes back to the staff being competent and willing to rise to challenges. I believe that FuelX is a great place to get work and place to learn as there are several people here who have a great deal of knowledge in the Advertising space.

Projects can be brought up without notice which requires you to refocus your attention Process are being established and adopted by the various teams, so there are some growing pains here
