Not great place for new grads - Software Engineer Fujitsu Network Communications Employee Review

Fujitsu was very famous for tech. The company has gone through financial difficulties for years. Not a good place for new grads. There is no training to speak of and management is too old to help. Most jobs are remote, you never meet your bosses. If you have the misfortune of having a bad boss, your chances of growth are impacted.Layoffs are frequent and mostly younger employees and fresh graduates are impacted. If you are a new grad and want to grow in tech, look elsewhere. You will receive no training or support at Fujitsu. Execs who have taken years to learn this technology don’t bother sharing knowledge or even have time to train another grad.
