Pros
Nice co-workers. Snacks when the office was open.
Cons
Be very careful before signing on here. While they say they're a 'startup' and growing, in truth this is a very small, privately owned, unambitious lead-gen company that operates to spin off profit for the owner. OK salary, no equity. It's run with an iron fist by the CEO, a former McKinsey consultant who is absolutely convinced her way is the only and best way. Completely top-down. Got a new idea for a new snack? Sure! Got a new idea for a product or feature? Sit down and do your work. New employee turnover is constant, not because these people aren't talented, but because they don't submit to the CEO's commands. The staff that hangs in are good capable people who are able and willing to do what they're told and live under her regime. It's kind of grey and sad. No big ideas allowed. No creativity. No ambition. Submission. It's like working in a factory. Clock in, Assemble your part of the machine. Repeat. Clock out.
