Pros
I love our core values especially grace! I have had the opportunity to speak with both owners and their commitment to making this company successful as well as their passion for creating advancement opportunities really inspires me to be the best employee I can. I appreciate the transparency in communication.
Cons
I know that we are just a couple months in, but many in my training class have asked about a different shift other that 11:00 am to 8:00 pm. In our huddle, the managers including myself, mentioned to the employees that the shift issue entirely depends on us. If we surpass the expectations that Sprint has for us, we might see better shifts provided in the future.
