Pros

Salary was competitive. Remote schedule.

Cons

Training was unorganized, ineffective, and draining. Instead of going through each task one at a time, bits and pieces were vaguely explained before moving onto the next topic. Questions were not addressed. Zoom calls went on for hours with no significant progress. Access was a continuous issue, preventing me from training or completing work. There is a serious lack of organization for onboarding a new employee at Fullbloom. I also did not receive my work laptop until halfway through my first day of work. There is a lack of internal communication between the recruiter and the Procurement management team. Benefits and salary discussed were inconsistent. I went through four rounds of interviews, which was unexpected as it wasn't communicated with me when I initially asked what the full interview process would be. Per my offer letter, I was scheduled to work 80 hours biweekly. The expected working hours that were communicated to me on my start date, 8am-6pm, were inconsistent with the offer I accepted. One of the perks of the job that the recruiter initially sold me on was unlimited PTO. However it was never communicated to me that there would be a 90-day probationary period where I couldn't take any PTO. This is something I would have highly considered prior to accepting the job, given that it was the beginning of summer.
