      Feels like you have entered the 80s, and the mentality is rigid. Family run business with urgent need for fresh ideas for long term sustainability.

      At 1st year all okey, 2nd year everything change, no superior, superior already resign

      Cons

      Please dont work here either as operator, company waiting to shut down anytime..they will not compensate coz no profit anymore, late salary since last 2 years, senior management bad and bully
