If you are very new in your career or unconfident with your skills, this may not be for you. I was heavily relied upon to lead the way in UI/UX Design and felt lost at times as I was fresh out of bootcamp when I took this role.

You can work closely with the whole team and not worry about rules. opportunity to grow

No direction. You have to make sure you know what you are doing and you dont get much guidance from your managers so it may be good or bad but depends on the person.
