      I love the job I have. I have the summers off, and the pay is great, and I work in a non-stress environment.

      Cons

      the cons I would say is that our department assists families that need assistance, and sometimes we just don't have the funds to do that, and it's heartbreaking.

      You get a wide variety of schools to work with.

      Cons

      South Fulton and Alpharetta are really far away from the city center, and there can be a lot of favoritism in those areas. Paraprofessional pay is very low, and that can sometimes be the only thing that is available on Aesop. You may barely have a break to take your lunch - 30 mins or so.
