Pros

Upper Leadership is very focused on making sure that future endeavors are a priority. This is a good place to network and move up, but only if your supervisor approves.

Cons

I applied for a job at another school, and my principal told them that they shouldn't hire me. I do an excellent job, so I was so shocked to learn that not only did I not get the job, but that someone had gatekeeped me because I work with the neediest children in the school, which apparently does not interest this principal. I now have to take on additional leadership roles without additional compensation so that I can move up one notch in pay and leadership responsibilities. I was so dissapointed.

Pros

You get a wide variety of schools to work with.

Cons

South Fulton and Alpharetta are really far away from the city center, and there can be a lot of favoritism in those areas. Paraprofessional pay is very low, and that can sometimes be the only thing that is available on Aesop. You may barely have a break to take your lunch - 30 mins or so.
