      I can't think of any pros.

      Cons

      Low pay, making you work on most holidays without 1.5x pay, little to no benefits, HR does not like employees getting overtime, no discount on any Fun Factory games or other E K Fernandez events, do not promote body modifications and are very strict with uniform policy.
