Learning experience for how companies should not operate. Non-management/executive staff are great and driven. Developed friendships.

I only decided to post here because someone is obviously bombing with RAVING 5 star reviews about how great the company is doing and how positive things are. I'm here to say that this is NOT the case. Working at Funcom was one of the worst experiences of my career and left me asking myself if I want to continue to pursue a career in this industry? Upper management ensured that they were working on making things better but this lie grew thin after hearing over and over again. I would only recommend working here if you are desperate for money and enjoy the constant gaslighting.
