Pros
*The day to day developers/ general employees are wonderful people with a vast range of talent to learn from. *The product is very interesting and has appeared on some high profile platforms.
Cons
* Management needs immediate restructuring. They do not seem to trust any one including each other. There is a constant and unhealthy power dynamic between them which highlights a huge ego and attitude problem within SLT. The current managers including the CEO have caused a toxic work environment which a year ago did not exist. *There is a constant fight over resources and those affected by decisions are typically the last to be informed, causing a constant unease as to what project a dev will be on at any given time. *All complaints that I am aware of have fallen on deaf ears and typically, criticism is taken personal by SLT instead of used as a productive tool to better the company. *There have been 2 sets of lay-offs in less then a year with most likely more to follow. Those effected were asked to keep their redundancies quite in an attempt to protect the companies image, impacting their opportunities to find new employment. *Certain departments are left to run wild on projects, constantly leading to errors which others are expected to clean up after, yet those who amend the errors are compensated significantly less both in terms of respect and pay.
