Terrible pay compared to the rest of the MCA industry. Executives come in wearing muscle shirts and athletic shorts daily, playing poker in their office and cursing loudly constantly but expect the utmost professionalism from their employees. Floated the idea of having lockers for cell phones to prevent usage. No warnings given for any infractions, just one strike and you're gone. Very high turnover rate, even for an industry that is full of job-hoppers.
