Work is tremendously engaging and interesting. Business has clear motives and is heading in the correct direction for growth. Rewarding work - Client facing and building relationships all the time. The work environment is phenomenal. Scheduled work events that are so much fun! Remote work available and incorporated into a working week easy. Also provided equipment!

No alarming cons. Potentially improvements need to be made to the 'Requirements Gathering' phase to prevent stagnant periods during a client implementation (This is more of a client side issue in my experience but I figured I had to put something in this box!)
