Pros
Owners are friendly and always open. US office is ready to cooperate as much as they can. The dev team is full of seniors and knows their job.
Cons
I had only some issues with mid-level managers. Some of them can't make a single decision without consulting with stakeholders. This drops a shadow on their proficiency and delays some processes.
