Cons
scaling pains and process lags

Cons
So much potential but so poorly led. The only team held accountable to anything is sales and they are also the team severely underserved. Marketing only cares about the big orgs so leads are scarce. Finance has promised a new comp plan that will make attaining OTE possible but continue to push off delivery (for over a year now). AEs who hit 120%+ of quota, at best will see 90% of their OTE. Not a single new AE has ever been able to get close to their expected OTE regardless of their success. The majority of reps aren’t topping 70%. The company culture has gone down hill and turnover is rampant. People get fired left and right and others learn about it when they see their slack set or inactive. Everyone just fights for “credit” instead of actually doing something to drive more revenue. This is especially true for partnerships and marketing. 90% of what they take credit for they never touched. Tons of wasteful spending and over hiring for the sake of hitting a headcount KPI. They force 9-6 east coast hours and claim they don’t want anyone working past 6, but it impossible to do that. They also want travel to only happen nights and weekends so it doesn’t interrupt working hours. The work life balance is the worst I’ve ever experienced. The stress levels from everyone is evident. So much potential, but will take a leadership overhaul, and learning to treat employees respectfully. Recruiters on the hunt should be hitting up their employees because they are all looking to leave.
