Pros

I landed up and became part of Funstay company three months before while I was ardently looking for a job. The interview process was short and transparent without any surprises after getting into it. The best part is that Funstay is providing Work from home job opportunity for the first 3 months and even for the whole lifetime at the management's discretion. The main benefit of being a part of Funstay is the perfect work life balance for every employee. Funstay never promotes hectic work schedules or overburden that is so common in all the private companies. As a fresher, the huge support from the management and the team in case of appreciations, incentives and motivation are more than enough a reason to join as a member of Funstay. As a present employee at Funstay, I am 100 percent satisfied and contented with the inter personal relationship with the team members and also the whole work at Funstay. To all the job seekers; if you are a person who is ready to work hard, open to accept challenges and optimistic, then Funstay is a perfect point to land at.

Cons

Nothing to be mentioned as a negative experience from the firm.

Pros

-The management genuinely cares about employee well-being and as required, encourages employees to explore the operations of the company in depth which I felt was great for understanding the functioning of the travel industry. -The workload may increase once in a while yet the management religiously followed the Office Engagement Activities calendar which I found interesting and well-suited to a startup environment. -Mentors are well-equipped with industry knowledge and went out of their way to introduce new and relevant information for my personal and professional growth. -Living true to their sector, they encourage employees to lead trips and vacations in their destination portfolio - Overall, work culture is great and there is so much to learn!

Cons

-Work can feel monotonous but made up for as employees are gradually introduced to newer facets of the industry.
