Pros

The work hours are flexible and fully remote.

Cons

Very little opportunity for growth. No pay increases despite inflation. If you speak out about concerns, leadership respond negatively - yes men only. Run like a boys club.

Thank you for taking the time to share this - and for your dedication over 5-7 years here. We're sorry your experience didn't reflect the environment we want Fuse to be. We're glad the flexibility and remote working were positives, and we take the rest of your feedback seriously. Career progression, fair compensation, and a culture where every voice is genuinely heard are things we care about and want to get right. Everyone deserves to feel valued and listened to. If we've fallen short of that, we want to understand more and do better - your perspective could make a real difference. If you're open to it, we'd welcome a confidential conversation at hr@fuseuniversal.com. Either way, we wish you well in what comes next, and we're grateful for your contributions to Fuse.

Pros

Fuse is full of passionate, intelligent, driven individuals who are truly trying to improve our industry. Fuse has a unique opportunity to lead the market and help advance our client's learning strategies and the value they get from investments in talent development. I find the culture to be very collaborative and the leadership team professional and completely focused on helping to grow the business and delight our clients. My experience as a female at Fuse has been extraordinarily positive especially with leadership. I feel valued, supported and respected.

Cons

As with any start up and Fuse feels like a start up, you have to be very independant and entrepreneurial to get move opportunities and initiatives forward. This is only a con if you are a person who needs to be told what to do or if you aren't a self-starter.
