Pros
Only pro that comes to mind is some of the staff are great and really easy to get along with.
Cons
Every year is the same right before pay reviews "we've had a challenging year" meeting.
When I signed up I was told that we get quarterly bonuses, a lie.
There is a points based system for pay scale, lower - middle - higher, they say you can learn new skills to get to the next pay bracket (sounds fair enough but nope), you get close to the next pay bracket and then they stop training you any further so that they can use you for the things they trained you for but not have to give any extra pay.
The hours are naff being a rotating 6-2 and 2-10.
You're expected to do extra unreasonable things such as painting and decorating because they have your job title as a general operative and they see it as reasonable, if i wanted to P&D I'd be on a lot more than what these lot are paying.
Management are a joke, they either take your feedback or complaint as a joke or they get extremely defensive to the point it's aggressive.
