Constant comp changes so he's always moving the goal posts, every 2-12 weeks. Doesn't care if you exceed quota for 2 years but miss it for 6 weeks, you'll get fired. This company is built on the owner stepping on heads to build his company. Thinks his 30 years experience supersedes everybody's collective experience, no matter what it is. You'll get critiqued on how you sit, talk, and everything in between.
