Because you will likely be performing multiple duties (regardless of matching prior experience), you do get experience working in several aspects of the company.
Cons
This company has a very high turnover rate, so beware of the initial promise of growth and stability. My tasks in no way reflected the job description I applied for. Most employees seem to have an unbearable workload, which causes issues internally when people try to get their coworker's assistance on projects.
