Pros

Full Remote Good equipment Nice activities

Cons

Depending on the client, the daily tasks are painful, and the 1:1's are like talking to the wall. They promise make changes and nothing happens. If you try to keep defending your rights, you will be kicked. Always the client has the reason, evrn if you have all the evidence on your favor. Overtime without payment because the client has the voice over the legal contract.

Pros

Very nice environment to work, they keep track of their employ status and happiness

Cons

They have different clients, some of them can be challenging to work on, the client that I have all the management is old people so they are used to long and not useful meetings

Don't love their ATS system but it does the job Can't control client agendas/timelines
