Pros
Fusionhit has a lot of benefits, it is a large list, but I will just talk about the things that I enjoy the most. I started as a developer several years ago, and I have been able to grow, with consistent pay increases, we get salary reviews yearly but somethimes for global economic reasons they will adjust your salary in the midle of the year if the market is good. Fusionhit is a place where you can have very good work life balance, in the 5 years I've been working here i've worked probably less than 10 extra hours and of course the over time was paid, it is not that I leave after an 8 hour shift, they actually encourage you to never work for longer than that to avoid burnout.
Cons
Fusionhit is a remote company, they have an office but no one ever goes there, only once every 3 months or so. This might be a con if you enjoy going to an office and having more contact with people.
