Pros

The company engaged with me early in the project to ensure they understood the business requirements. They were responsive to changes or new information and worked with me to ensure the solution met the needs of our clients. Communication was excellent throughout the project. The team was clear and concise in their communication, and they provided regular updates on progress and any issues that arose during the project. They were easy to work with and approachable, which made the project run smoothly.

Cons

While I appreciate the opportunities and experiences gained during my time at the software company, I must express that the workload was quite heavy

Pros

Flexibility - can take mc and don’t work. Can post insta story. Can leak company information and no action taken. Can work simply code, nobody cares. Company running by clowns.

Cons

What u read here is true, best place to r&d and lost your ways. Don’t know what is right or wrong. Client everyday scold u but management just stay behind. Got issue push u die. All about money, project 3 months, cut to 1 month. Push for billing. Tax, socso and epf no pay on time. Can simply code and no code check. No growth, because no performance review. Favourtism. A company that u would never join. Waiting to rebrand again bcuz things going downhill. Toxic mgt. Selfish. Talk n 0 actions.

Pros

Exposure to client meetings only.

Cons

There was a deeply concerning incident involving inappropriate and unprofessional behavior toward an intern after a client meeting by one of the supervisors. The situation involved blurred professional boundaries and conduct that made the intern feel unsafe and uncomfortable. What was more troubling was the absence of a trusted and impartial reporting channel. Due to a lack of confidence in HR’s ability to handle matters fairly and discreetly, the issue was not formally reported. Additionally, interns are often left without structured guidance, assigned tasks, or proper mentorship, which severely limits professional growth. Compensation does not align with standard internship wages. The workplace culture also feels socially exclusive, particularly for employees from minority backgrounds, making inclusion and integration difficult.
