Working here requires you to sell your soul for a dollar; and you may not even get your dollar but they still get your soul. It may cost you your relationships because of the insane expectations with hours but it’s okay because there is a HOPE to get paid. They may cost your your living because the bank doesn’t take “the company I work for didn’t pay me”. They don’t get along with the union, they don’t pay your dues BUT still deduct it from your pay. Going on three months still waiting for my vacation pay to be paid out. The turn over is outrageously high. They lay off every couple months just to hire new guys a few weeks later. The owner drives a new Escalade but the work vehicles and equipment are falling apart and the employees are not getting paid.they don’t care about safety regulations or procedures, they don’t care about the neighborhoods they are working in. I forgot to add, none of the management knows what they are doing owner says up operations says down project says left then gaslights you into believing you are the wrong one!
