Highly toxic management style, especially from the project manager Unrealistic timelines and pressure with little regard for developer well-being No clear processes; poor code quality blamed on developers instead of leadership People are quietly pushed out instead of being supported or coached Zero job security, layoffs and instability without transparency Growth was promised but not delivered

maybe the workload, but at an early stage in your career workload is the last thing you should worry about.
