Pros
I enjoy my job, course I never planned life wise to end up cleaning it just happened so I made the best of it, it put food on the table.
Cons
wow, were do I start, the most important downside is, if they can get away with not paying you they will, holidays, sickness, anything really, it is difficult for me to listen that my fellow workers are going without food, or unable to pay there rent. When I contact the manager there is always some excuse usually blaming us, not following protocol, even if your machinery is faulty you are to blame and liable to pay for it.
