At the moment I can't find the downsides of this company

Good company, especially for juniors who will have a dedicated senior colleague as a mentor. The atmosphere in the team is good, I can even say family atmosphere. The company is specialized in touchscreen software solutions, custom-made software, and team augmentations, so there is a diversity of projects for developers.

The only thing I can single out is the equipment can be better, but that is a matter of personal preferences.
