No vision, No mission, management always keeps finding execuses for salary delays. Worst HR and its policies. Rather there is no policy. Whatever you ask them, answer will be "we have to ask Biyani" No coordination among departments. Juniors are the slave of seniors. No increments since last 3 years and no variable pay. Compnay is busy in fulfilling its own pockets. Keeps on changing the their own words daily. Worst place to work. You will not learn anything here.
