Pros
- Lovely people to work with and good atmosphere amongst teams. - Management listen and try to improve processes. - Solid HR and social teams. - Flexible working and trust given to employees.
Cons
- Work was unvaried and there were few new projects started in my time. - Challenging clients who management can't seem to move towards agile ways of working. - Moving more and more to offshoring teams. - Career progression will be limited given the small size and established core team members. - Minimal (below inflation) pay rises and no bonuses.
