      Still bad till the end in 2018 - Production Technician Future2 Labs Employee Review

      Pros

      Probably out of business for good.

      Cons

      Al previous reviews were spot on. Poor communications, Nepotism. Worst of all, poor safety practices which resulted in an employee being chopper lifted to a burn center.

      I'm not sure about these other reviews but the CEO mark is a great guy to work for. He's fair and works hard to keep the company running efficiently. Some of the past employees I heard were stealing product and that's not good. But overall I give my 2 years there a 4.5/5*! I look forward to seeing more success

      I learned a lot about the process of the industry.

      Cons

      The owner/CEO Mark Jones refused to pay us all on time. I would work my hardest for him and then he didn't want to pay me on time. It was rediculous. He needs to learn how to handle employees and treating them better.
