We are pleased to announce we hired a full-time Operations Manager in January 2020. The Operations Manager is working with all members of the FutureDerm Team to ensure that there is appropriate training, improved communications, and optimized policies and procedures for the entire staff. However, there were already many procedures in place before that time, including Sales Training, Graphic Design Training, and Project Manager Training, and Project Manager-guided assignment sheets, analytics tracking, workflow tracking, payroll submissions, and customer/product code guides.
The assertion that the "management" are all members of a family is inaccurate. Ray is the Financial Manager, but is the only relative of the CEO (me) on the management team.
The assertion that anyone has to "pay back" a dime of their salary or are "loaned" payment is also 100% inaccurate. The draw system is primarily established so that employees know if they are earning more than their salary with their workload, so they can receive additional pay. If an employee is earning less than their salary, the draw system also allows them to know this, so they can be empowered to ask for additional work from the Project Managers and the Operations Manager. But they do not have to "pay back" ANY of their salary, ever.
Lastly, there is ample room for growth at the company. This is proven by our existing staff. Most team members start as part-time employees or contractors, and work their way up with additional workload and responsibilities, and become full-time employees (if they so wish to do so) as the company grows. All but one of our current full-time employees started this way, and this system has worked well for our company.
I feel bad that you are upset about your time with us. I personally tried to work with you one-on-one, many times. I wish things would've worked out. I much rather would've asked you to meet with me in-person and discuss, rather than address these issues publicly on Glassdoor, but it is what it is. Please refrain from making false statements in the future.
