Thanks for taking the time to tell us your thoughts! Futurewei is the US R&D subsidiary of Huawei Technologies, which is a relatively new company headquartered in Shenzhen, China. As such, we are continually evolving and improving operations and practices in the overseas markets. We are working on many initiatives to improve the infrastructure and adapt policies for our US operations with the ultimate goal of establishing a local company where we can successfully bridge and close cultural gaps. This takes time, but efforts and progress are being made.
