There is no room for growth or promotion Not up to date with current technology companies in terms of culture and diversity inefficient employment practices Most employees are Chinese and speak in Mandarin. Culture is not very inclusive. Unfriendly coworkers Lots of yelling/cutthroat culture/colleagues throwing each other under the bus Not a lot of transparency from the executives Business decisions are made by HQ No clear guidelines or infrastructure
