Pros
Each group is managed differently. I like my group's people and, more importantly, the job nature. The changes in recent years made it even more suitable to me because we got greater technical freedom to explore and invent. The company also values and rewards talents and performers.
Cons
The recent changes made the company smaller and less diversified, but at least the groups with which I interacted still conduct business in English.
