They’re still very open to changing up the processes if someone has a better idea how to make things more productive and efficient. Management is still very open to feedback and constructive criticism. There’s still a strong emphasis on collaboration and support. They still have great benefits and perks, and they still publicly praise hard work every single time someone goes above and beyond the call of duty to make things happen. It’s the best of both worlds, because the environment is as fun as a start-up, but they’re more established than a new company and there’s more job security.
