Cons
Unorganized. No training. No real growth opportunities. Useless meetings twice a day. Reimbursement takes months for office-related expenses. They can't afford to keep their employees(even interns who make minimum wage). One on ones consist of management talking about reality TV shows. Managers are forced to take a step down and they celebrate it by calling it a mini promotion. Highest turn over in the industry. Don't expect a promotion or even job security unless you're related to management or willing to suck up to management on the daily. Management won't leave you alone and harass you even on your days off. Current employees absolutely hate their lives. Everyone gossips about everyone. They will lure people in with a higher base but the KPIs are extremely unrealistic to achieve. The company has become a joke. Think twice before accepting that job offer.
