4yHey, thanks for your review. We are glad you were welcomed positively, and were challenged professionally while at G2 Ops. As a growing small business, we are continuing to refine our processes and procedures. Last year, we launched an internal project to model our processes to identify any gaps as we continue to strive to serve our customers with excellence. Our code name for this project is MIMIC.
Our goal is for our employees to flourish. We place a strong emphasis on leadership and being leaders in our field by our investments in training, collaboration and conference attendance. Our employees are often tapped to speak at events, write articles and other indicators of leadership. 91 trainings have been attended in 2021 to date, and 42 certifications have been obtained in the past 12 months by 61 different employees. Last year we had 80-95 total employees and hit 100 employees in June. So that is over 50%! We also offer lunch and learns to learn from each other on topics such as blockchain and personal social media tips.
