Pros
The pay is better than most other security companies, but they have frequent pay issues.
Cons
Pay never increases. Company is cheap, high turnover rate, they even ask when they hire you to stay at least 3 months so they make money off you. I'm one of the most senior officers, and I've been here barely 6 months. they charge for everything, management is poor. they are losing the contract on this site, so i will soon be, thankfully, former employee. poor benefits, offered just so they can say they do. no rewards system, promotions dont happen. they frequently violate contract terms to save a buck and assume no responsibility for their actions.
