Pros
Considering they don't fire people - I guess the stability of having a job is a perk! Meeting great co-workers that make going to work for this company actually bearable would have to be the only other serious pro I can think of at this time.
Cons
Terrible Management Extreme favoritism Sexist (not a lot of females in management positions) No communication No support from upper management Terrible Pay - No raises - Can actually go down based on placement No advancement or takes years Broken Labor Laws Extreme Hours - Overtime without question - Can work for months without a day off Broke Promises Lies A lot of cover ups (wanting to look better than they are)
