EXTREMELY Poor Management/Leadership. Promotions are based on popularity and not by an employees work ethics. A lot of favoritism!!! Pay is awful and extremely low for the amount of work you are required to do. Raises are a total joke and your lucky if you ever get one. So much gossip it is like living high school all over again. You will definitely see how corrupted the government is and just how easy it is to lie to get Food Stamps or Medicaid in GA. Do not even try to follow policy because it is basically made up as you go and depends on who you are.
