Pros

Good location with good benefit, most colleagues are easy-going

Cons

No strong leadership, forward thinking maybe but this only applies to the boss not to the management, high standard of work is by demand but not deliverable. You can pick errors easily if you are detail minded enough to spot. The company itself is a slow paced company, definitely easy to adapt, but provided you to have a competitive mindset. Whether or not this company is stable to work at depends very much on the management you work under.

Pros

I’ve been working at GA Health for 5 years time, and overall, it’s a nice company with a supportive culture and a genuine commitment to quality, both in its products and how it treats people. Leadership is open to talk and proactive in addressing issues, which makes the environment feel collaborative and progressive. One of the best aspects is the company’s willingness to accommodate flexible working arrangements where possible, they are open to discussing flexible terms depending on the position and business needs, which shows a modern, people-first mindset. There’s a strong focus on continuous improvement, both operationally and professionally. I’ve had the chance to contribute to impactful audit projects and see real results from process enhancements. It’s also worth noting that the company has gone through some turnover last year, and some former employees who were not aligned with the company’s culture have since moved on. This has actually contributed to a more positive and harmony work environment, with better team dynamics and clearer focus.

Cons

• Internal systems and communication processes are still evolving, which can sometimes cause inefficiencies. • Some departments are lean, so workload can be high during peak times.
