Pros
GA Productions is a very good company to learn the basics of the business. The company works on a lot of events and so is a very handson place. Due to diversity of the company in sound, light and audio visual, staff (if willing) are exposed to all these areas are able to pick up knowledge.
Cons
The company is not organised. It has no organogram and no strict company policy or rules. This affects efficiency and effectiveness within the company. Also, due to this personal influencies and feelings are brought into the business reducing effectiveness and fairness to other staff.
